Store use

You must provide accurate, current information when placing an order or contacting us. You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the website or other customers.

Products and handmade variation

Our pieces are made with silk embroidery and hand-finished details. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to be accurate, but small variations in color, stitching, texture, and placement may occur due to handmade production and screen settings. These natural variations are not defects.

Orders, pricing, and availability

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Product availability, prices, promotions, shipping options, and estimated preparation times may change before an order is accepted. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, limit quantities, cancel an order when information is inaccurate or stock is unavailable, and issue a prompt refund for any amount paid for a cancelled order.

Payment

Payment must be authorized through the checkout before an order is accepted. You agree to provide valid payment and billing information and authorize the applicable charges shown at checkout, including any disclosed shipping, taxes, or duties.

Shipping, delivery, and customs

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Custom work and customer-provided references

Custom work begins only after the relevant details, reference materials, timing, and price are confirmed. Once production begins, cancellations or material changes may not be possible. You confirm that you have the right to provide any photographs, designs, names, or other references submitted for a custom request.

Intellectual property

Website content, product photography, text, logos, and designs are owned by Luma & Silk or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luma & Silk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
