Can I add my pet's name?
Name customization is planned for the pet memorial embroidery product. Final options will be listed on the product page.
Can you make more than one pet in one piece?
This depends on the selected size and supplier capability. Multi-pet options will be confirmed before launch.
Is this handmade?
The collection is built around silk embroidery craft. Each product page will state the confirmed handmade scope and material details.
How long does it take?
Production and shipping time will be shown on each product page once the first supplier timeline is confirmed.
Will I see a preview before shipping?
For custom pet memorial embroidery and selected custom work, we plan to send a completion photo before shipping when available.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom items are usually not returnable unless there is a production issue, shipping damage, or a confirmed order mismatch.
