Returns and Refunds
Luma & Silk wants each order to arrive as described and safely packaged.
Custom items
Personalized embroidery and high-end custom garments are made for a specific customer and usually cannot be returned because of a change of mind. If there is a production issue, damage, or a major mismatch with the confirmed order details, please contact us with photos and your order number.
Non-custom items
Return eligibility for non-custom gift and home items will be confirmed on the final product page before launch.
Damaged packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
Order changes
For custom work, changes may only be possible before production starts. Once embroidery begins, cancellations or major changes may not be possible.
